Tans Coffee — Restaurant in Konak

Yesterday i went to Tans Coffee for the weekly International meeting. I received the worst attitude from the cashier and the woman working in the bar. I was speaking in Turkish even not in English to make sure there is no miscommunication, i just wanted to pay and she was angry shouting at me and my friends “are you together or not i don’t understand?” And i repeated to her 100 times we are together and we will pay the same bill! She was so angry and really speaking with a high tone (the blonde hair dreadlocks girl) i asked her why are you angry she said i am not in an angry way 😂 then the other bar girl when orders are ready she doesn’t bother calling us or telling anyone and we end up in front of many drinks that we don’t know which is whose!!! And she just hits with the drink on the bar counter something that is not respectful at all and when we say thank you in Turkishhhh she doesn’t even look or bother to say rica ederim she just has her poker face. I don’t want to be rude and i know servicing is hard and exhausting but kindness from customers shouldn’t be treated with such irritating attitude and behavior! We like to hang out there every week but many people were really furious about their attitude. We no more know is it because we are foreigners or what exactly! But it wasn’t professional at all! I visited Izmir and attended the couchsurfing event that was held there on Friday evening 06-Sept-2024. I ordered beers for me and my friend and I was very surprised with the bad attitude of the cashier and the other lady who were working there. They were arguing with customers and they were rudely answering them. I experienced it myself when I asked if they tissue. They just answered me “look over there” and I checked all the places to find out they don’t have tissues so I informed them I cannot find it. The lady with weird long hair grabbed a toilet paper and gave some pieces to me. I also heard that other customers were complaining that night. One of them ordered Tuborg beer and the cashier (tall and a bit chubby with short hair) punched 2 Tuborg because wasn’t really listening. Then she got mad to the customer for her mistake. I was choosing between Starbucks and Tans coffee, because their prices are the same, but there was a huge queue in Starbucks. I have bought iced latte with vanilla syrup in Tans coffee, and went for a walk. Then I felt that something is in my mouth. IT WAS A HAIR! Disgusting.
