We recently visited Sürüstü Coffee, and it quickly became one of our favorite hidden gems in Bursa. Tucked on a hillside with a breathtaking view of the city, the café offers a serene escape from the downtown crowds.

The ambiance is inviting and stylish—cozy indoor seating with rustic wood décor and a lovely outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying sunsets.

The coffee was excellent: I had a beautifully balanced flat white, and my friend loved the smooth, fruity cold brew. We tried a warm brownie and creamy cheesecake—both expertly prepared, not too sweet, and deliciously satisfying.

Service was friendly and attentive—our drinks and desserts arrived promptly, and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu.

Pricing felt fair for the experience: specialty coffees, desserts, and a lovely view—all added up to great value.
