İyi partinin,birinci vazifen mitingi için geldiğimiz güzel Bursa'dan İskender kebabı yemeden ayrılmak olmazdı.. Da ; her yerden de yenmez di bu efsane yemek . Bursa nın yerlisi ne sorduk ve aldığımız cevapla, verdiği adresle ,15 kişilik bir arkadaş grubu ile gittiğimiz Bursa tarihi kebap çarşı şubesinde bizleri son derece kibar ve güler yüzlü çalışanları karşıladı.. Giyim kuşam ve davranışları ile ,bal dök yala denilen mekan temizliği bize o anda; tam aradığınız yere geldiniz .. dedirtti. Eski bir işletmeci olarak ben tezgah ta çalışan birbirinden değerli aşçılara selam verip kolay gelsin dedim . Pırıl pırıl tertemiz masaya oturunca menü geldi ve biz acaba doyarmıyız diye korkarak birer porsiyon İskender kebabı söyledik.siparişlerimiz çok kısa bir sürede geldi, ikram olan patlıcan, turşu ve yağlı pide geldi. Yemeğe başlarken,bakır tavada erimiş sımsıcak tereyağı cafff diye kebabın üzerine döküldü.. Yavaş yavaş,sindire sindire yemeye başladığım İskender kebabı hem lezzetli hemde dolu dolu idi,yani ne lezzetinden,nede miktarından çalınmamış işin hakkını vermişlerdi.. Zor bitirdiğim bir porsiyon kebabın ardından sımsıcak süt tatlısı geldi,iki bardak çay ama ne kadar güzel bir çay ikram edildi.. Tuvaletine gittim . Aman Allahım,bu ne güzel ve tertemiz bir tuvalet.. İnsanın rüyadamıyım acaba diyeceği güzellikler bunlar.. Fiyatları günümüz fiyatları için çok uygun,gayet uygun,hak edilmiş ve helal olsun.. denilen cinsten . Çıkarken her birine teşekkür ettiğim bu harika işletme çalışanlarına bir teşekkür de buradan ediyorum, teşekkürler işlerinin erbabı,esnaf gibi esnafları,iyi ki varsınız, inşallah en kısa zamanda tekrar uğrar bu güzellikleri yeniden...

This place is one of those hidden gems only known by the locals. This was one of the best meals I have ever had. The meat was tasty and crispy , doused with perfect amount of tomato paste and butter and cooked to perfection. The dessert was familiar yet unique, I couldn't help myself but eat 2 of them to satisfy myself, they even gave me extra! The prices were kinder to my wallet than those tourists attractions as well. The staff was cheerful, helpful and accommodating as well. I plan to visit as soon as I can again just to taste this...
