The place is very nice but the food is horrible! I ordered their iced coffee which looked nice but the taste was very bad, the coffee and the chocolate sauce was not mixed, and the chocolate sauce tasted very old and rancid, I ended up having to drink the coffee part alone which was too strong. Do not Recommend!

The coffees and drinks was good , prices were affordable, the outdoors tables we were sitting in was good because of the good view , the service was really good and the workers can speak English so it is good for tourists, you can also enjoy the dancing water fountain with music from your table too 👍🏼

Bir çok şubesinde misafir olduğum özellikle sarıyer şubesine kahvaltı için devamlı gittiğim arkadaşlarımads tavsiye ettiğim şube ayrı ama vadi istanbulda kş şubesi gerçekten kötü maraş kahvaltısı istedik herşey eksik geldi menüden bakıp bakıp tek tek istemek zorunda kaldı menemen rezalet ötesi gelen börek ve kızartmalar çok sert kızartmalar yanık geldi eksikleri istediğimizde kalmadığını belirttiler madem eksikler var neden menüde yada neden baştan belirtmiyorsunuz kahvaltı için gelmek isteyenlere bence bir kaç kez düşünün derim yada önceden eksikleri olup olmadığını baştan söylemenizi tavsiye ederim baştan sormanızı tavsiye ederim bir daha kahvaltı için asla düşünmüyorum. Ayrıca personel çok ilgisiz .

Very good restaurant great food helpful staff, been there many times, unfortunately some time there are slow to attend the table or if you need any think you have to wait until someone pass or deliver something to other table to a d call him, costumer service need improvement by add more man power to maintain the quality and the standered, Mado have to implement quality and customer service training to all staff to keep it up as they say its easy to reach the top and difficult...

Food is great, service is good, atmosphere is awesome. However the seats are awfully uncomfortable (the ones in the middle space) Prices used to be pretty reasonable, HOWEVER.... Everything jumped up 4TL in less than 2 months. And the sweets are pretty expensive now "blame it on the USD"

Sorry but you must respect your customer ... the Service was too bad because we are from gulf (Kuwait) and they give us the order not the same 😐🌬 .. my friend ordered coffee (misteka_ flavor) with tha ice cream .. they bring it with small chocolate as side dishes not the same in the menu .
