Sushibacks Asian Food — Restaurant in Zeytinburnu

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. I have been going to this restaurant for the past couple years, so I needed time to give an honest review. I was blown away by the quality of the food, especially considering how reasonably priced everything is. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can taste the difference in every bite.

The sushi was perfection — beautifully presented, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and packed with flavor. The edamame was perfectly salted , with a charred finish and served warm, simple yet satisfying. I also tried the shrimp noodles, which were rich, savory, and cooked to perfection. The ramen had an outstanding broth, full of depth and umami, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. The fried rice had unique flavors, and it was incredible.

It’s rare to find a place that offers this level of quality at such a great price. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is quick and friendly, and every dish feels made with care. I can confidently say this is one of the best...

To be honest, if we would not know how AMAZING the food is, we would never enter the restaurant.

Good food, fast service. I mean, it’s not just good, it’s freaking amazing tasty food. We even stopped going to the other Asian restaurants in Istanbul, because we know that in Sushibacks food will always be really tasty. It’s been around a year since we tried food from this restaurant first time and we are still 100% fans of this place. Used to we only had delivery, but lately visited the restaurant itself. Definitely, by the look of it, you can think that this is one of the dozens “asian” fast foods. To be honest, if we would not know how amazing the food is, we would never enter the restaurant.

But frankly, as soon as you eat such a great food, you don’t care that you eat it on the wobbly table.

I am shocked by the high reviews this place. I ate dinner here tonight with my family. I am from New York City where we have hundreds of sushi places from cheap places to Michelin starred restaurants for thousands of US dollars. This was bad. There was absolutely no one eating in the restaurant, nor taking out food, when we went at 7 PM for the Prime dinner eating time. I wanted to leave immediately, but they were very few other restaurants in the vicinity. The quality of the food was bland, the quantity was tiny.
