Entebbe Zoo Rhino Restaurant, Bar and Beach — Restaurant in Entebbe City

Nice location, and that's all that's good about this place! We ordered from their overpriced menu for fish, that was way below average, deep fried, and the truth is the oil had been recycled more times than 10x what they prolly should, it was really dirty! Completely unhealthy. And to top that off, after eating our way into the inside of the fish, we see it wasn't even properly cleaned! Like seriously you could see the gut inside, check the pictures, it's crazy!

Secondly, we ordered a milkshake for a kid we went with, and it was served the glass without a straw! The waitress says the straws are ran out, whilst the manager later comes to us to say they don't serve any drinks with straws, because the monkeys might eat the straws. That it's rules and regulations, and also to protect the environment. Only for the manager to offer us the options to use a plastic spoon as an alternative for the straw or a small plastic cup lol 😆

Very worst experience with this restaurant! Staffs are so rude especially chefs! We asked to have local food and they mentioned it was over yet we could see they were serving it for an hour we were there! When we tried to ask they were rude and talking from their voices over an inquiry! Also chefs should work on hygiene they were serving chips and fish with their mere hands! Worst worst! I will never eat...

Lovely restaurant located within the wildlife centre. Food is great (that single plate of fish feeds 2), service is great, lovely views from the dining area. You can also choose to sit in the lawns right by the lake, I needn't say more. Watch out for the monkeys, they're cheeky....
