I really love KFC it's great the chicken is awesome and all that but the problem is the fries now days I mean they used to be really great but now they just blunt, also the ketup issue I mean you guys can really be mean with your ketup fr and I feel like maybe you guys should put an option of paying for some extra ketup like fr anyways everything else is okay and you'd get a 5star but I want you guys to work on the issues above, otherwise thanks for always being positive...

Poor customer service from the cashier who wanted to change the order during the Ording process was made to understand that’s not possible as the staff has already started to prepare the order. While usually, the order is only started to be prepared when the payment is done. The cashier was not willing to change the order… it’s bot...

This KFC is consistently very slow. I always have to wait quite some time. This time they lost my order and the only reason I even got my food was having to go up to the counter and complain. Other times I have had 15-20 min waits for very simple orders.

Food was tasty and hot when I got it. Only redeeming factor. Service is not up...
