Nepalaya Restaurant and Bar, Entebbe (A multi cuisine Restaurant) — Restaurant in Entebbe City

Had a 5 star experience the first time so I went again and brought a friend on a Sunday evening. The waiter couldn't be bothered. He was too busy talking to his friends. Unfortunately they loaded the pizza with hot chili peppers this time even though I had ordered the exact same pizza last time which I gave a 5 star rating. My friend doesn't like spicy food and I didn't think to ask them not to make it spicy since it wasn't spicy the first time I ordered it. I ordered a large pizza and was charged for a large pizza but the large pizza is the same size as the medium pizza. I asked the waiter to bring out both large and medium size pizza trays. I took a photo and as you can see they are the same size. Every time I needed the waiter i had to get up and find him because he wasn't interested in working. I asked them to charge me for a medium pizza but they refused. If the manager would like to rectify the situation I can update this rating. I absolutely love the food of this restaurant and always come here for the authentic Indian and Nepalese dishes. The momos were great. Unfortunately, the only disappointing thing was the service, because I ordered a plate of paneer Tikka today (mouth-watering delicious!), and the pieces were big! I ate a few pieces and asked the wait staff to pack the rest. I specifically counted that there were 8 big pieces of paneer left and 5 vegetable pieces (bell pepper and onion). However when I reached home and opened the packed box, I saw that there were only 4 pieces of paneer Tikka left. This means the staff either ate some or threw some from my plate. Highly disappointed and concerned for hygiene, as the tikkas were cooked to perfection by the talented Chef. I had an excellent evening at NEPALAYA with fellow guides and a friend. The staff and owner made us feel very welcome, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner with a glass of wine.
