I made a rash decision. I don't know Kampala. walked in off the street without assessing the area. I sat outside to relax and relax I did. Cariboo is quite inexpensive. I ordered deep fried Tilapia and chips. Good to slob sometimes. The tilapia came covered in curried vegatables. Hmm! This helped to disguise the fact that either the chef wasn't a chef or the person had deep fried this poor creature on some other occasion in the past. There were a group near me who were eating pizza. They seemed to be quite happy polishing it off. Looked pretty poor to me, but maybe I'm just too fussy. In the end if you're into good healthy quality eating then this is probably not the place to come to eat. On the other hand I did enjoy the couple of beers sitting quietly in the small area outside.
