Exceptional Customer Service From the moment you step in, the front desk team greets you with genuine warmth, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The kitchen team deserves special praise for serving delicious, well-prepared meals* that cater to diverse tastes. Fecha del comentario: 4 de noviembre de 2025 Great stay and so good value for money Editar As someone with light sleep and sensitive to noises I tried two kind of rooms. Windows/views ones traffic noise inconvenience, but in the higher floors good in the night. The not windows isolated for traffic noise absolutely day and night. No that much if noisy or not respectful neighbours, it's easy hearing their voices. So I advise for view ones. Traffic timing is more predictable than potential neighbours. Aside of that (my priority) the hotel is becoming my favourite in Kampala for future travels. First the quality-price ratio or value for money for me it was so good. Big size rooms and beds, all the facilities you could and need, plus toiletries and amenitiees (including bathrobe, toothbrushes, and toothpaste) , AC, Fridge TV, not mosquito but excellent mosquitoes net in the beds, enough extra plugs for technology necessities of the travellers. Lights and lamps beside bed for readers. Wonderful, kind and patience staff. Restaurant affordable and 24h open, room service. It's also allowed and available getting food for delivery at hotel if needing food from outside. Excellent and so spacious the Executive and Family rooms that I could check. Good and stable Wi-Fi. Desayuno buffet plenty of variety, both of vegetables, fruits, as well as drinks and food to have a complete breakfast, which was included in the price of the room. Center of Kampala location. I had a nice stay. To repeat again. Advisable

As in town center some level of street traffic noise is inevitable in the rooms with views but enough quiet from...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Koki Hotel during a business trip to Kampala, and I can't sing its praises enough! The hotel's unique location within a market/mall may seem unconventional at first, but don't let that fool you – it's a hidden gem.

The 8th-floor reception offers a stunning perspective of the bustling surroundings, with the added comfort of being in close proximity to Central Police Station and various government offices, ensuring a safe and secure environment. The staff, especially Harold, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Harold's friendly demeanor and insightful local recommendations truly enhanced my stay.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – breakfast! Koki Hotel serves up an outstanding morning spread that exceeded all expectations. From the variety of options to the quality of the dishes, each breakfast was a delightful experience.

Overall, my stay at Koki Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of a unique location, friendly staff, and an unbeatable breakfast made it a memorable experience. If you're looking for comfort, safety, and culinary delights in the heart of Kampala, Koki Hotel is the place to be. Highly...

When Garrison was the manager this place was a 1000% better. Whoever is managing the restaurant portion of this hotel needs to be coached because the service has declined tremendously. The employees look miserable and unwelcoming. I waited for over 30 minutes to not even be asked what my order was meanwhile my guests order was taken. I took upon myself to flag down an employee and asked for a salad with lettuce, cucumber and onion only. 35 minutes later I still hadn't received my salad and my guest finally received her food that was overcooked chicken breast (allegedly) We were the only guests in the restaurant aside from one other person. Please someone rescue this restaurant in koki hotel before it brings the entire place down.

It's located in an ideal location where you're able to access stalls that offer a wide variety of shoes, clothes, cosmetics and phone accessories. There's also a souvenir market nearby for someone wanting African art, clothes and jewellery. The rooms were amazing, but the bathroom supplies weren't restocked daily so had to make due with minimal soap and toothpaste. The morning buffet had a variety of delicious foods. The late night supper was really lacking. They had few options and the options served were tasteless.
