Bubble O'learys is a great Irish pub located in Kampala on 19 John Babiha (Acacia) Avenue. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, with a mix of locals and expats frequenting the establishment. The entrance fee is paid on Fridays and weekends, but it is worth it for the experience.
The menu offers a variety of traditional Irish dishes, as well as a selection of local and international beers and spirits. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, and are happy to recommend a drink to suit your taste.
The crowd is diverse, with a mix of locals and expats. It's a great place to socialize and meet new people, especially if you're interested in meeting "bazungu" (foreigners). The pub also offers live music on some nights, making it an ideal spot for a night out.
Overall, I highly recommend Bubble O'learys Irish pub for a great night out with friends, or for a casual pint and a chat. The atmosphere is lively, the food and drink is great, and the staff is friendly...

I am not sure if it was just a slow evening, but there weren't really a lot of people and having just come from a place that was fully packed I think this was a bit of a let-down for me. Also, apart from the name and the green lights, there isn't much "Irish" in this Irish pub - not even the music that was playing.
