I reserved a single room for a one night stay. Upon my request, they sent me a driver to pick me at the airport. His name was Felix, i must say he was God sent. He helped me throughout my stay in Uganda. Upon reaching the hotel, we go to the customer service desk and they direct us to the bar area. We meet the manager - a chinese - man who shooshes us to one of the girls. Their customer service was poor to say the least. I was guided to my room by the supervisor after payment. I asked him for the wifi password as i needed to check my emails. He gave me 2 passwords. None were working! I called the reception and asked them to assist. 5 minutes later they advise me that their wifi is under maintenance and will be off on that day and the next day. I was furious to say the least as i had a lot of work to do. Please note I had asked if they had wifi in their rooms since i knew the workload i had and they had confirmed its on 24/7. I didn't know any other hotel close by so i requested the driver to come pick me up and take me to the mall where i could get free wifi from a restaurant. Before i left the hotel, i decided to go to the bank within the hotel and change dollars to uganda shillings....they didn't have any change. Which bank doesn't have change??? I was so dissapointed at this point.||I met a lady at the hotels restaurant and she told me her wifi was working. Her assumption was they had limited internet capabilities and since i was on the 3rd floor i couldn't get the wifi connection. :(||I was able to work on my stuff from the nearby mall. I went back to my room in the evening. The shower was awesome...i think the only good thing in the hotel. And oh yah the rooms were silent, not close to a bar or anything. I loved that.||Getting to bed, the bed was as hard as metal. I couldn't sleep. it was just too hard! and uncomfortable. It was a very long night for me. ||In the morning i called the reception to send the concierge to my room, they do not know what a concierge is. After 5 minutes they call back asking what i meant when i mentioned the "difficult word" that they couldn't repeat. I have never been so disappointed by a hotel! They sent Felix, the driver to come assist me with my luggage.||That was my last straw.||Honestly, i would not recommend the hotel to anyone. I hate hotels that offer poor customer service. i have paid for the room, show me some courtesy.||The hotel needs to improve on their customer service. They have employed young ladies and men who do not know anything to do with the hotel service industry. It was such a great disappointment. ||||It was totally not worth...

The food is just average, some of the food items we discussed were not delivered.
