"Ibiza" Beach Club — Restaurant in Odesa Urban Hromada

I put one star for the design of the beach club, one for the tasty food and third for the people, who served us friendly... I do NOT put 2 other stars for the disrespectful and rude attitude of their staff and for the slippery pool inside and out, plus the sea located on the area of the Ibiza was half green in color, because of sea plants. Nothing good except for design and food I can remember about. The people who showed us where to buy spots and one waiter were super friendly to me and my friend, everyone else we met just spoiled our mood. The guy we asked to move the umbrella, took it out and refused, just because he wanted so, to move it to the side we politely asked him... Waiter, whom I asked where we can get the chair , rudely said "there" and ran away...the chair was occupied by the way... The cashier just yelled at me because I wanted to pay with card for the locker, she, apparently, doesn't know how to do refunds back to card if she needs to return deposit. I guess if you want a nice and polite attitude then speak English or give tips to the staff ahead of time, so that they treat you like a person. The pool is slippery inside and the wood outside the pool is more slippery, so I injured myself... the water in the pool is salty with chlorine 😲. I dreamed to go to this place but their staff just made me be disgusted with themselves. I possibly will come back, but less likely. Just thought that such a luxurious place would have nice people and everything would be controlled...

Пожалуйста следите за тем , кого вы набираете в обслуживающий персонал, а то большинство, которые там работают отвечают на вежливые слова просто хамством, особенно ваш кассир. И дерево возле бассейна, правда очень скользкое. Я думаю нужно соблюдать простые правила безопасности в и возле бассейна! А за еду и...

Scam scam scam for tourists which get table. On total price the guy for table will even run on dance floor to charge you extra 20% of total price! Tips are not on the bull but he will still run behind you unless you give him the money! Stay away from table service, the good party is down!

Another thing is the took away beach illegally which is notnpermited by law, and now they don't even permit family's to Rosie water or any food to the beach because they sell they own food which is expensive for normal people.

Spend over 100.000 UAH here and on last day I could not even have a sit here! Every where 2000 UaH deposit here. Skip thst Barbar place! They are not humans!!!!

PS: Mantra Beach Club is 50m down the way and is way cheaper and service way better. Not overfilled...

Everybody kept telling me to go here. I loved the Ukraine trip till I went to this club. TOTAL RIPOFF. I hate going to a place where you have to fight for your night. The security- RUDE, The staff- RUDE and pushy, The service - POOR, The price- EXPENSIVE. All I could think of is, why am I here? Many guys come to this club hoping to get lucky. The swarm of testosterone was being shoved down my throat with every breath. The girls that were there seemed to be on a mission to make these sad men spend all their money. I think this is a club that used to be popular a few years ago but now has transformed to a typical tourist trap. Stay away if you do not want negative energy to enter your vacation. There are plenty options in aracdia beach. We left quick and spent the rest of the night in a cherry wine bar opposite the club and had a great time....
