Al Mandi & Al Madhbi House — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I wish i could have given negative stars.

1. order I gave the order on WhatsApp and specifically wrote that i need one fish Mandhi and one chicken Mandhi with pictures and broucher, if it was on phone that i could have said that he missed cuz of voice quality but i wrote it on message so how could it be confused, and at the end they deliver only chicken Mandi and forget the fish Mandhi.

2. Customer service I would rate as Pathetic, i would say people need to work on soft skill or atleast management should provide them training that how to talk to customer, they guy who received the call, he called himself as manager and he has absolutely no idea how to talk to customer, i told him that what to do as customer is with me for whom i ordered and you fail to deliver half of my order, and his tone was that i dont care and whatever i do it will come after Friday prayer not realizing his mistake and not admitting that he has to do something about it. Leaving customer in the middle of no where and not doing anything for them.

3. delivery service Although i asked them to bring the bill and specifically wrote it on the message but at the end he came with out the bill Seriously guys if this is how you deal with customer, you should improve otherwise i used to be your loyal customer but from now i will think twice...

Today I visited this restaurant for the first time after their recent opening.

Actually I was in search of such a restaurant in Mussaffah, Shabiya 10, with a friendly atmosphere for family and kids. I am very glad to inform that today I found such a wonderful place for peaceful dining experience.

The facility is very good with smiling faces of every staff there. The service is very good and very quick in getting the order, rather than waiting for a long time.

I have tried Chicken Mandi, as a start in this restaurant. It was very delicious without adding too much oil and spices. It really gave the actual taste of Yemeni flavour. I really enjoyed it.

In the coming future, I will definitely try the other food varieties as well.

Highly recommend to visit them if you need to feel the real taste of such Arabic specialities.
