Abd El Wahab, Souk Qaryat Al Beri — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

We were craving for grilled meat and were not disappointed to come across this restaurant. It is not well-planned in advance so we do not have reservation, yet it was OK. We came around past 5PM so there were not many diners yet. We're lucky to have a table almost near the window with the "sea view", I guess where the water of Arabian Gulf sea flows through this canal. We can even see scenic spot where the sun sets behind the mosque, created a serene and tranquil ambience while we dine. I would assume that for middle-eastern cuisine especially, the best tabbouleh and hummus are pride of every Lebanese restaurants. The price is very reasonable and the serving size is good for sharing. We have some staff checking on us too how the food was and we really appreciate their time looking after any feedback we may have. I guess this place can get really busy at peak hours (lunch break & dinner time), so better to make a reservation if people would like to come around those times or if there is table-seating...

Bread is hot, fresh, and delicious. Hummus is very unique. Salad ingredients are fresh and tasty. Meat is well done and tender.

Can't recommend a better Lebanese restaurant.

Prices are on the medium low side of such level of services, quality and location.

Abd El Wahab restaurant is one of the most famous Lebanese restaurants in the Middle Eest. One of its branches is in Souk Al Beri Abu Dhabi, located between the two bridges that connect Abu Dhabi Island with the mainland outside Abu Dhabi. ‏The restaurant is characterized by an excellent space and beautiful decorations inside and outside Of course, there is a great similarity between Lebanese restaurants in dishes, appetizers and desserts, as well as serving shisha, but Abd El Wahab is distinguished by quality and delicious taste.
