I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service I experienced today at your ice cream counter in Al-Mushrif Mall The staff member named Dalwar treated me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner.
I came to the store with my father and purchased an ice cream for him. When it was my turn, I asked to sample some of the new flavors before making a purchase. To my surprise, Dalwar responded rudely, asking, “Why do you want to taste if you’re going to buy?” — implying that I should not try the flavors. His tone and attitude were unacceptable.
When I told him that I no longer wished to make a purchase due to his behavior, he became dismissive and even started humming and singing sarcastically. I informed him that I would file a complaint, and he replied carelessly, “No problem, complain.”
This kind of treatment is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on your store’s reputation. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
