Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Today, dated 27/Jan/2023, Tim Hortons announces an increased in his coffee prices by 2 AED in each of coffee size and type; Which made all of his coffee fans feel very upset. Why he doing this? The confusion was of before one week of his price increases, he had announced through his official GCC instagram about the secret behind their coffee beans, where they come from, and how it got processed and being roasted to maintain best valuable quality, however, and immediately after thay announcing, he did it and increase the price of coffee which most of people did not like it and they're behind me on the mall keep and asking the staff about the reason and just yesterday only they buy the coffee in less price!

Every one year he do it!! he did that and feel happy when he saw his budget keep and increasing because alot of people not care and can buy the coffee in whatever price but how about the poor people which they want to save their money and also they liked tim hortons. Do we really have to continue buying coffee from tim hortons? There are many better cafes that respect customers more..I don't think I will be on the list of those who buy from them after today. Thank you tim hortons and please keep and increase your price and upset your fans if you're enjoying into this!

Before when I ordered French vanilla cup. The cup is used to come full and sweet. Now the taste is near to water no sweet at all. Moreover, the cup is not full when I asked they said machines setting!!! Everything is become worst in tim hortons abu dhabi only due to money saving which will never be acceptable by us and all...

It is a shame that this branch of Tim Hortons is no where near european and canadian Tim Hortons. The taste of French Vanilla coffee is terrible, asked to change but the staff very coldly refused. On top of that a lady behind me on the line started giving her order and the egyptian cashier took it right away, while I was STILL talking to the cashier! Mannerless staff. The food is mediocre. I ordered on top of the coffee grilled cheese turkey sandwich and timbits, it tastes minimum 2 days old. Only after I asked for the management center number, the manager said they will change my drink and came and gave a speech about policies and what not. No, I am sorry but in all restaurants when the customer is unhappy, they do something about it from the very beginning, not only after threatening. No wonder this branch is full of bad reviews. Do something about it, change your staff at least if you cant change the freshness of your food. I trust you will do something to fix this...

“My experience at the Tim Hortons branch in Al-Mashrif Mall was incredibly disappointing, especially during the morning service (saeed). and this is not first time with him.The staff’s attitude was extremely poor, and I was treated very rudely. When I requested any item, I was told that it wasn’t available before 9 AM, even though the store opens at 8 AM. Additionally, many of the machines were out of order, which made the whole experience even worse.
