Mushrif Mall Chowking — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

The worst fast food chain we have ever experienced. Last week, we ordered pancit guisado and had it done twice. First it was overly salty and the noodles were uncooked, second it became sweet I think the chef was trying to balance the saltiness but it actually made the taste terrible. Now, again we went back to dine in as last time we liked the beef bulgogi and guess what it was charcoaled outside and inside was still raw. We had it done again but came to us more charcoaled on the outside. This place couldn’t make things right at all. The Manager herself was arrogant did not even say a word or express a simple apology and pretends that everything are just ok. Well we are not HAPPY at all! at least she could have shown a little of customer service. Maybe as a manager at that she doesn’t know what customer service means! There is no teamwork in that branch and it seems they don’t even talk to each other. I hope they’ll do something with...

Beware of this branch. We Dine in at around 10:15am and waited for our foods to be serve freshly cooked. And when they serve it, I looks like that they just re-heat it. Texture of the noodle is hard and like a rubber, the rice seems reheated also. I complained to the store manager and seems like nothing happen. So we decided to just ask a refund and walk away.

What more if your food will be delivered at your home?

Very disappointing branch of Chowking. Try also ordering the Wanton noodles, and I can say that they are only good in advertising. The photos of their foods was the only thing that will capture your attention and you will be deceive after ordering it. Foods are expensive also.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Chowking Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi. The food truly brings the authentic taste of Filipino-Chinese cuisine.

What made my visit extra special was the excellent service from Ms. Hanna Joy. She was very friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel welcome and valued as customers.

The place is clean, the service is fast, and the food is affordable. I highly recommend visiting Chowking Mushrif, especially if you’re craving Filipino dishes. And make sure to look for Hanna Joy she’ll definitely take good...
