Broadway — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

We went me and my wife for dinner recently , the atmosphere the location and service was fantastic , Anna was taking care of us , and she is very friendly and we are extremely happy about the way she treat us . So thank you very much Anna . However I was extremely disappointed by the food . I do not expect cheap dishes but the quality was below my exception. Being French I was very happy to order snails, foie gras and beef filet rossini

-Snail ,was no tasty at all very little garlic butter ,no salt and dry beef filet rossini , so disappointed , it was just 2 slice of beef , like if you slice roast beef with a very tiny piece of goose liver on top , I was expected one nice thick and juicy tenderloin with a nice slice of seared good liver . Was the case at all foie gras was good with a nice toasted brioche bread for side dishes we ordered mash patatoe and asparagus , that was excellent . I have ordered as well wine jus sauce on the side for my beef filet , was totally watery, no taste of demi glace sauce , no wine taste at all .

I usually never give negative feedback back online , but due to the location (Emirate palace) and price that you pay i though it was good to share my experience and hopefully will help the chef to improve those dishes

My husband and I are big fans of Saturday brunches and have visited many around Abu Dhabi and Dubai, but we have to say that this was one of the best. The music was incredible — there was a lot of variety, and it wasn't too loud, which allowed us to speak without having to scream! The food was another amazing surprise. There was plenty of it, and some of the dishes were so well cooked that we're still thinking about them to this day. It was just amazing! Finally, but equally importantly, the service and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They recommended other good restaurants and events at Broadway. The best part? They told us everything from the heart. We are very grateful to Carolina, Cristina, Chatura, Lucas and the other two girls at reception who were also very helpful, but unfortunately we can't remember their names (sorry!). We had such a great time that, after spending a few hours at the beach and watching the sunset, we came back for dinner to enjoy the live singer and dance a little. We will definitely come...

Broadway opened in late 2023.

It is a classy bar-restaurant with a lot of different types of seating and I feel could cater for groups, a romantic date-spot or quick drink. There is also an outdoor area. I don’t imagine it being a great spot for young families especially at night.

The food is exceptional - but the drinks - omg - cocktails and mocktails - are phenomenal. The mixologists are incredible.

At the time of visiting, there was a Resident Entertainer, a magician by the name of DMC (he has a show on Netflix called ‘death by magic’), playing in the purpose built theatre (hence Broadway I think). I believe DMC will be around for a few months.

The theatre is beautifully built and themed for DMC’s show.
