We stayed in Emirates Palace for a week. The breakfast in this place during our visit was included. First of all, I noticed discrimination towards other races from the staff. The most who they cared about was the privileged race. Second of all, you could never catch a waiter, but if you catch they will bring you absolutely different order. As if “eat what you are given.” Also, when you tell them about such problem they try to gaslight you and persuade that this did not happen. I was there for almost 8 nights and I know what I am talking about. Third, we visited a dinner in which the food was diverse and delicious. However, on the breakfast the food wasn’t the same regarding the taste. For example, the veal bacon was overdone and over salted, tasted like a rock. In avocado toast you could taste only the salsa, scrambled eggs have no taste, and most of all, coffee was decaffeinated probably. I drink coffee everyday and I think I can tell when it’s decaf and when it’s not. The blonde eastern slavic women seem to be very cute when you come with the worker of the hotel but when you are on your own she talks with you as your teacher. However, other hostesses were very nice, polite, and professional. This restaurant needs to work on a lot of things, not only smiles...
Read moreThe worst experience ever, the restaurant is at the Emirates palace, it was supposed to be something our of the world in terms of food. However food today was not even medium it is below normal and worst food ever. I wish I can be at least contacted by the manager to get a refund of half of the payment I paid for cause it’s not normal that food is tasteless and some food and dessert were not fresh tasted like old food. If you are looking for a sign to not come then this is your sign. It’s really the worst food ever and I do recommend them to close rather than continue their restaurant.even a restaurant buffet I paid for only 90aed was tastier than this one i feel really frustrated specially that I invited my whole family all in expecting that it will be the best place but in contrary it seemed to be the worst. Let me continue cause till now I am shocked its international buffet so it was supposed to be at least with different cuisines and in each cuisines multiple dishes but here it wasn’t the case the Indian section only had tasteless butter chicken, only not kebbah, not Sam usual nothing of any dish you would think of even the what they consider international buffet and dishes were tasting really bad I don’t know what to say I am really regretting...
Read moreThis was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The restaurant is located in the Emirates Palace, and I was expecting an exceptional culinary experience, given the location. However, the food was far below even average standards—it was downright awful. I wish the manager would reach out to me to offer a partial refund, as the food was not only tasteless but some items, including desserts, were stale and clearly not fresh.
If you're looking for a sign to avoid this place, this is it. The food was absolutely terrible. Honestly, I would suggest they close down rather than continue operating at this level. Even a 90 AED buffet I had elsewhere was far superior in taste. I feel deeply frustrated, especially since I invited my entire family, expecting it to be a memorable experience, but instead, it turned out to be a huge disappointment.
To add to my shock, the international buffet offered very limited options, and each cuisine had only a few, low-quality dishes. The Indian section, for example, featured bland butter chicken and nothing else that would even remotely resemble traditional dishes. Even what they called "international" fare tasted terrible. I truly regret...
