Graffiti Pizzeria — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I went here this evening, firstly the pizza was nice along with the truffle gnocchi. The arancini was tasteless and undercooked. The other issue we faced was that we were not told nor asked if we had a nut allergy when ordering the brownie and ice cream. It was later discovered when my mouth started to tingle and the inside of my lip has started to swell. When asked if it had nuts the waitress told us, yes and that we didn’t tell her? I didn’t realise that although a waitress knew there was nuts failed to let us know. As well as that when the drinks were being requested for a refil the waitress re made the drink and didn’t add ice and left the old ice / water inside when explained to one other waitress she then requested we explain to the waitress who done this.. again surely this shouldn’t be something the customer doe’s especially when haven explained myself once. I feel the standards surrounding customer service have dropped significantly since I last visited...

A friend wanted pizza so we came in for dinner. Pizza was great last visit but even better today. Amazing crunch on the crust, and crumb was cottony soft. The base is thin but beautifully charred, not soggy at all unlike other thin pizzas I have had. Both of us were in heaven and my friend said that this is the best pizza ever. Chef Tony makes such an effort to make sure his customers are well looked after every time we have been in. The staffs i.e. Mohammad Ahmad, the lady in black, and all the staff that served us, are so, so, so nice and very efficient. Hhhhmmmmm , what to say ??! Pizza 🍕 was great 👍🏼, salad 🥗 not ok at all , when we asked why Cesar salad 🥗 tests like not supposed to be we got an answer ITS LIKE THIS , very quiet 🤫 , clean and relaxing atmosphere, we were only the one occupied table but was served almost the last , people who came after us got them orders , because we were so hungry so had to eat salad . No one came to us to ask if we need anything or everything is ok , we were always keep looking at them and asking to come to us.( almost empty ) No excuse for delay , was only told that the meal will be served after your salad , so how it’s possible next table family came after us and they got them order ALL TOGETHER (salad, pizza ,...
