“Abundance” is the first word that comes to mind when thinking of Olea 🥰
We were lucky to have breakfast included as a benefit with our Marriott membership, and enjoyed delicious variety of food options during three beautiful days of our stay.
There is definitely something for everyone! Fresh juice station, omelettes, eggs Benedict, gourmet coffees, phenomenal Mediterranean station, tropical fruit, fantastic dessert station with chocolate fountain - the list goes on 😋 They even had my favorite chicken liver.
But the Real Gems of this restaurant that made us feel so special and valued are amazing employees. Huge THANK YOU to Rizal and Hamza for taking good care of us, Hasan from Mediterranean station who made sure we are only getting out-of-the-oven treats and even surprised us with freshly made falafel at our table (which was delicious!)
And now my favorite story ❤️ At our first night at the hotel, as we were walking after dinner in Sontaya (which was another Fantastic experience, check out my review for them) and passing near Olea, we saw a beautiful dessert station through large windows and came in to just admire its perfection.
Olea’s manager, ANURAG, greeted us at the entrance and we started chatting. I explained that we already had dinner but were just fascinated with fabulous presentation of the sweets, and Anurag kindly invited us to try some on the house!!! How thoughtful, kind and caring! He introduced us to his favorite desserts, provided recommendations, seated us at a beautiful table - we felt like being his Family (see pics for our selections 🥰) This was a PRICELESS EXPERIENCE that we will remember forever. THANK YOU, ANURAG.

Had the pleasure of hosting my first iftar in Abu Dhabi and the buffet at Oléa was a culinary journey that celebrated the rich flavors of traditional Ramadan dishes while incorporating a modern twist. The spread was extensive and generous featuring an impressive array of mezze, fresh salads, and hearty mains. Highlights include succulent grilled meats, fragrant traditional dishes from around the world, and a variety of vegetarian options that cater to all preferences. The live cooking stations add an interactive element before our eyes.
A big shout out to Mo Amin & the St Regis team who went above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for, which enhanced the overall atmosphere of the evening.
Thank you for a memorable experience 🤍Highly...
Read moreThe BEST breakfast in UAE! I'm very sure that this is thr best breakfast I've had in UAE! The selection of foods is actually magnificent especially the croissants and the pastries which are out of this world. Everytime there are fresh croissants out of the oven, a bell is rung to announce it. I was impressed with the selection of English, Lebanese, Indian and other foods from all over the world, I can't remember the last time I had chicken liver or lamb dishes at a breakfast. However, I'll save the best part for the last, the breakfast goes on until 1pm so it's perfect for all those people who want to take it easy and lie in and not have to wake up early to have breakfast. Service was absolutely amazing and we are looking forward to having a leisurely breakfast tomm morning. Well done team! We are very impressed and so happy to be celebrating a special occasion...
