Service is beyond great. I would call it more Sunday lunch rather than brunch. Food choices are very poor. Seafood was not the freshest. The sushi chef was an absolutely horrible experience, was giving it on a spoon, and big, big communication issues. I felt that sushi and carving sections' chefs really hated their job and had to empty on a random person like me. Basically, getting food was an issue. Not much selection of food. Very poor. The fact that you have to ask chefs again and again was the cherry on top. Made a booking online, but they never really found it. Good, they had available tables. Otherwise, it would be bad. So do not make a booking through WhatsApp, but they do not pick up calls either. Interesting.

Service was on point, and the way they highlighted Emirati food was a great idea. The kids' buffet was cute, even though not many choices. But it made kids feel special and feel like adults as they could get their meals by themselves. Facepaint was the best part for my child. The lady from the kids' club is amazing with kids, very approachable, and makes kids feel special and buys them out with kindness, as well as having great face painting skills.
There is live music, personal thing, but it hurts to listen to George Michael's songs when someone else sings and similar. It felt a bit congested and uncomfortable sitting, again, personal preference.
Location wins. There is nothing much in the vicinity. So it was what it was. All the best to...
Read moreHaving been to many buffets in 5* hotels globally, I like to think I've tried my fair share. This feels like a hidden gem given it's not in many publications nor awards.
Overall brilliant value for what we had with really good atmosphere.
FOOD: Absolutely brilliant - there was a good range of Indian. International, BBQ Grill, Asian, Arabic and Desserts...they had had special dishes like an entire lamb cooked with rice, which was outstanding. So much love had gone into preparation and each of the dishes tasted like you would have ordered a la carte at any good restaurant, so to have it all in a buffet is brilliant.
SERVICE: Krishna, Puii and the lovely host from Russia (sorry forgot how to spell her name) were very good and helped us make the larger group booking. Empty plates cleared quickly and drinks came promptly. They could do with a little improvement though when I asked for lemons for the water and soft drinks, I was told I could get them at the salad bar, but then the younger gentleman brought a big bowl over so no biggie, just a minor lapse in service but not enough to spoil anything.
ATMOSPHERE: They have such a talented violinist with a keyboard/pianist playing live music throughout...she was fantastic and really added class to the experience. Would hire her for...
Read moreHad an amazing Iftar buffet last evening. Everything was great from ambiance to the variety of buffet dishes,taste.etc. I usually avoid giving bad reviews but this one had to go public since I've hardly experienced any unacceptable staff behavior here in Abu Dhabi especially at 4 and 5 star hotels. What made me rate it as 3 stars only was the extremely unaccommodating behavior by the phillipino(seemed like) lady at the desk of Sevilla Restaurant- Al Raha Beach Hotel. From getting us seated (had prebooking of 12 people) to acknowledgement of Groupon coupons (that were also sent n discussed earlier in the day). The whole experience was trashed by her rude and unaccommodating behavior. Wasted almost an extra hour before leaving, thanks to her. Unfortunately I don't remember her name but I would really want the hotel management to look into the...
