Al Raha Mall, situated in a vibrant area of Abu Dhabi, offers a shopping and leisure destination with a diverse range of stores and entertainment options. However, one notable drawback is the challenge of accessibility when traveling through the highway.

The mall's exterior exudes a modern and inviting aesthetic, drawing visitors with the promise of a comprehensive retail and entertainment experience. Once inside, shoppers are greeted by a mix of international and local brands, catering to a wide array of preferences. From fashion boutiques to electronics stores and everything in between, Al Raha Mall aims to provide a one-stop shopping solution.

The mall's interior design is spacious and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. The expansive layout allows for comfortable strolling through the various sections, contributing to an enjoyable shopping experience. Additionally, the presence of dining options and entertainment facilities adds a recreational dimension to the mall, making it a destination for both shopping and leisure.

However, the challenge arises when attempting to access Al Raha Mall while traveling through the highway. The navigation and entry points may not be as straightforward as desired, causing inconvenience for those approaching by car. Improved signage and clearer directions could significantly enhance the accessibility, making it more user-friendly for visitors arriving from the highway.

Despite this accessibility challenge, Al Raha Mall remains a popular choice for locals and residents in the surrounding areas. It has become a hub for socializing, shopping, and entertainment, offering a diverse range of activities for individuals and...

Raha Mall is a cozy and convenient spot in the heart of Al Raha Beach, offering a relaxed shopping experience away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger malls.

One of its strongest highlights is LuLu Hypermarket – a well-stocked, clean, and efficiently run branch where you can find everything from fresh produce and household goods to electronics and daily essentials. It's perfect for regular grocery runs without the crowds.

Another standout is the gym, which is modern, clean, and surprisingly well-equipped for its size. It's a great facility for local residents looking for a convenient place to stay fit without traveling too far.

While the mall offers a solid mix of basics – including a cinema, a few dining options, and essential services – it’s clear that there’s still a lot of untapped potential. Many retail spaces remain vacant or underutilized, and bringing in more popular fashion brands, cafes, and specialty shops would greatly enhance the mall’s appeal and variety.

That said, Al Raha Mall already serves the community well, especially for quick errands, workouts, and groceries. With a few more additions, it has the potential to become a much more vibrant and dynamic...

I had some extra time, so I asked the taxi driver to take me to a nearby mall with a cinema. He brought me to Al Raha Mall. Sandwiched between a busy highway and the water, the location (and the mall it seems to have pluses and minuses. The staff seem very pleasant and friendly. I went to a movie (2:30pm showing), I was the only person in the theater, but the usher was very strict about making sure I was in the seat that matched the ticket. The popcorn I purchased was dry and stale, however, the lady behind the counter was very nice about making a new batch AND bringing it to me in the theater. The overall feel of the mall is a slight feeling of "vacancy". There was very light foot traffic. It seems as if 1/4 to 1/3 of the mall had "coming soon" (as of August 10, 2017 ) construction. The food court seemed to only be half full with restaurants...

Small, quiet mall with not a lot to do. Plenty of closed shops but surprisingly has a few niche stores. There's a cinema, a music store, and a couple of fitness centers too. You won't find any of the bigger retailers you're used to but it has a really nice Lulu Xpress for groceries and appliances. Food and cafe selection is varied even if the food court is relatively small. Only tried one of the Asian food stores there but was not satisfied with what I got. The number of closed stores and the mall being almost entirely populated by food delivery riders in between picking up deliveries gives it a sort of melancholic vibe that makes it feel like a liminal space. Granted, I went on a weeknight, so it might feel a little livelier on the weekends. All in all, not a bad mall. Might visit again if I need to get something from the music store.
