I've stayed at many hotels around the world, but Al Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi tops them all! This was, without a doubt, the best customer experience I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay truly special.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the delicious food and the stunning pool and beach area. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff.

I have to give a huge shoutout to some of the amazing people who made our trip so special:

Anil: From the moment we arrived, Anil made us feel like family. He was the first person we met, and he instantly made us feel welcome, like long-time friends. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy, even organizing a surprise birthday party for me, making my special day even more special! He's the kind of person who makes you feel right at home. We will never forget him and how he made us feel.

Asif: Always greeting us with a warm smile and a friendly hello, Asif was always there to lend a helping hand, no matter what we needed. His positive energy and genuine care for guests were truly infectious.

Edwin and Asma: The reception staff were so friendly and accommodating, always happy to answer our questions and provide recommendations.

Veera, Kasun, and Ali: The lifeguards were not only attentive and helpful, but they also made our time at the pool so much fun!

Shaaban: I have to give a special shoutout to Shaaban, the lifeguard. He went above and beyond, making our last few days at the hotel truly memorable. He was not only friendly and helpful, but he also gave us some swimming lessons, adding an extra touch of fun and learning to our stay.

Nijesh: The poolside waiter was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Alex: The restaurant manager was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a great breakfast experience. He even gave us some Pucari on a day that I wasn't felling very well because of the heat.

Chakkara, Eslan, and Gozel: These three also contributed to making our stay truly special, always going above and beyond to help in everything.

The Housekeeping Team: I can't forget to mention the amazing housekeeping staff! They did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and even surprised us with creative towel animals each day – we came back to find everything from hearts and dogs to elephants on our bed made with towels. It was such a fun and thoughtful touch!

As a marketer specializing in customer experience, I pay close attention to how businesses treat their guests. Al Raha Beach Hotel deserves a standing ovation for their exceptional service. The staff mentioned above deserve a special round of applause – they are truly the best of the best! They embody the kind of customer service that can transform any stay into an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything, I am looking forward for seeing you all again soon! For anyone looking to go to Al Raha I truly recommend and I wish you to have the same incredible...

Two weeks ago, I decided to try having a staycation in Abu Dhabi. I’m originally from Dubai, but I chose Abu Dhabi because its laid-back nature really sets the mood for relaxation and rest — perfect for someone like me, an expat in Dubai who is always surrounded by its fast-paced lifestyle. I checked in at Al Raha Beach Resort because I was looking for a beachfront place that’s not too close to the city and not in Yas Island either. I felt that if I wanted to truly relax, rest, and enjoy the beach, the calming ambience I saw in the pictures would be just what I needed. When I arrived, I was completely shocked by its beauty and grandeur. I even exclaimed to the receptionist, Ms. Marbiles, how surprised, overwhelmed, and amazed I was by the place’s beauty. I didn’t realize how close it was to the beach! Later, I realized I had booked the wrong room type — I only reserved the smallest room, and I was pretty sure it wasn’t a sea-view one. Ms. Marbiles confirmed that. It was my first time trying something like this on my own, so I didn’t really know what was taking so long during check-in. In my head, I was hoping my payment through Booking.com went through and there wouldn’t be any issues. Then she told me she’d check with her manager if they could move me to a sea-view room. There was only one left (maybe because it was a Friday and I checked in late). To my surprise — Alhamdulillah, Allah truly blessed me — they upgraded me to the Al Raha Suite, which was ten times the price of what I paid! Please see the pictures — its elegance, warmth, and welcoming ambience were beyond words. I was so amazed, speechless, and dumbfounded. I didn’t know what I had done to deserve it. I watched the sunset in tears, in awe, and with deep gratitude. Thank you so much, Al Raha, for your hospitality and for the gift of making me your “lucky client of the day.” But the surprises didn’t end there. The next day, although breakfast started at 6, I went down at 9. I was sure that, like in other hotels, I’d be eating what was left. But lo and behold — my seat was reserved right in front, in the middle of the buffet area, and everything was still freshly cooked and beautifully arranged even though it was close to closing time. Again, I felt so special. Even while waiting for my car lift to pick me up, I went to the coffee shop near the reception. The service was world-class — prompt, warm, and very accommodating. Ms. Lovelyn was so kind that I wanted to give her a tip, but she declined. She said she was just happy to serve someone like me. I tried several times, but she never accepted it. Still, she served me wholeheartedly from the start of my stay until the end. She even asked if I needed any help getting home so she could assist me further. Actually, everyone — even the housekeeping staff — was prompt, active, and always on time. It took me a while to write this, even though I truly meant to, because I feel like no words are enough to express my gratitude for the experience you gave me. Once again, thank you so...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa, Abu Dhabi

We had such a wonderful stay at Al Raha Beach Resort! A huge thank you to Chef Biswas who went above and beyond every single day to prepare special meals for our little ones (aged 3 and 2), even making dishes that weren’t on the buffet so they could eat healthy, nutritious food. He also treated us to my favourite pani puri and gol gappas and offered to make my husband’s favourite dishes too — truly exceptional service and such a kind person.

Thank you also to the Room Service Team for always bringing up warm milk for the kids and making sure we had everything we needed, and to the Housekeeping Team for keeping our room spotless and working around our timings so thoughtfully.

Every member of staff we met was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming — we really felt looked after from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning soon! 💛

Absolutely — here’s your beautifully worded, warm and complete version of the review incorporating all of that:

Review for Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa, Abu Dhabi (Room 248) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa was truly exceptional, made even more special by the wonderful staff who went above and beyond for us.

A huge thank you to Hussain, our room cleaner, who was such a pleasant and cheerful individual. He brought so much joy to us every time he came to look after our room. His attention to detail, kindness, and positivity made such a difference to our stay — we always looked forward to seeing him each day.

We’d also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Chef Biswas from the restaurant downstairs. He went far beyond his call of duty to ensure our two very young children (aged 3 and 2) had fresh, nutritious meals every day. He prepared special Indian dishes — completely spice- and chili-free — so they could enjoy proper home-style food. He even went out of his way to purchase potatoes that weren’t available at the hotel, just to make aloo parathas for our family, and offered to cook my husband’s favourite paneer dish too. Because of him, our children ate full, healthy meals every day — often two a day — and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We are so, so grateful.

A special thanks also to the room service team, who brought up warm milk for our children every morning and were always so accommodating, no matter the request. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made our stay comfortable and memorable.

We’re incredibly thankful to all the staff at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa — they made our visit such a pleasant and heartwarming experience.

— Mr. & Mrs. Seechurn,...

Fabulous food, the buffet is extraordinary, variety, choices, high quality. There is an extensive salad bar, the foods are laid out in stations according to cuisine, and in top of all that there is a live cooking station with, fish, meats and vegetables cooked to order at both lunch and dinner. The deserts are delicious, individual tiny delicacies, cakes, fruits and hot puddings. Come hungry and leave very happy. The chefs are very talented. Reception is gorgeous and the sheer scale is magnificent, from the Port Cochere where your taxi drops you off, to the warm welcome from the Concierge, every detail is taken care of. Our room was in the 1st floor as we had requested and it was ready immediately which is always a bonus when you have an early arrival as we did. The room is massive, a full wall of wardrobes, a dresser, full office desk, chairs, a settee and two gloriously comfortable beds. Each has an ottoman seat at the foot, very useful when unpacking etc. The bathroom is enormous with a huge corner bath, with it's own shower heads, and in addition there is a very generous oversized shower cubicle set aside. The bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, bidet, a weighing scale, oversized fluffy towels. The room staff do an excellent job keeping the room spotless, and we had towel swans from day 2 and rose petals generously scattered everywhere as a romantic touch. The terrace is enormous and the only thing that would give it the extra touch would be a pair of actual sunbeds, there is more than enough room. We would be very happy to recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone, as it has it's own private beach, right on the creek to add to the excellent outdoor facilities. The views are world class as we are right in the shadow of the Pearl building, Al Raha Mall is attached by a convenient walkway and there is little that a traveller could want that the staff cannot provide. The location is just minutes from the airport, 30 minutes by taxi from all that Abu Dhabi has to offer in any direction.

I had stay of 2 nights at Al Raha beach hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on the highway and right next to Al Raha Mall. The staff at the hotel reception was very nice and courteous and allowed early checking to me my wife and two little kids. Staff was very polite and quick to set up sofa-cum-bed into bed position shortly after we entered our room. Pros: 1. Rooms are spacious bathrooms are sparkling clean and comes with a good sized bath tub. 2. They have a nice set of kids play area and indoor games that kids of various age groups can enjoy. 3. Breakfast buffet also had few Indian options and were okay. 4. Property is well maintained and it's right next to the Al Raha mall and there is even a passage from the inside of the Hotel lobby that leads right into the mall lobby. 4. The Lulu express mall is located right next to the hotel and you could easily get groceries and packaged foods, fruits there. There are few small restaurants in the Al Raha mall for casual dining option. Cons: 1. The Hotel looks little dated and the interiors are classy but very simple. 2. The room lights are very inadequate in lighting the room evenly. There are no ceiling mounted lights apart from lobby and bathroom. The floor lights casts shadows and it kind of feel weird in the evening. Also all the lights are warm colored so it's difficult to get right understanding of color. 3. I found only 1 wall socket to charge up any devices which made charging 3 cellphones 2 apple watches and 1 tablet a very difficult task. I really wish they had couple of wall sockets next to our beds atleast.
