The B Club — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

The owner of the place is really gentle and friendly but sorry they need to work more on their staff and the speed of their service. I came at the place opening 10:05 AM and I ordered. While ordering anything the lady is only laughing . Then after I payed the she came again asking about what I ordered. Above all everyone was served except us even the cars outside. This made my experience even worse. Like no one can just not notice that. Although being the third person in this shop and told to wait 10-15 for the order, now it is been 40 minutes and my order wasn't ready even drinks. No one came apologizing they don't prioritize the service by order it is a big work when it comes to customer service. This needs to be solved. Also the place is full with flies and staff work without gloves like...

I always love visiting the b club and it’s been my favorite cafe but recently after work I was craving and excited to try the egg bliss and contacted the cafe number and told the lady who answered i want to order the egg bliss with one brioche instead of two and she said yes I double checked if they do allow for egg bliss to be served with one brioche since i can’t with two brioche breads and she told me yes and when i arrived + paid for the parking because i was going to dine in as i told the lady too she gave me the egg bliss with two brioche breads and when i told her i ordered it with one brioche she told me we don’t do this… why then tell me yes and come then waste my time like this…. super...

Was on holiday coming from London, saw such a fantasticly designed cafe and decided to pop in and honestly from the interior design to the extreme welcoming service and being greeted with such lovely smiles, it was by far the best coffee shop I have been to. The Egg sandwich in which I ordered was super fresh and perfectly cooked. The coffee was so perfectly balanced and served with love. Definitely would recommend to everyone who’s in Abu Dhabi and will now become my go to and preferred coffee shop for when I travel to Abu Dhabi. Thank you for such a welcoming and...
