The room was pretty spacious but equipped with carpets from another generation and furniture that has seen better days. Comes with a kitcheneque which might be helpful for some travelers and a small bathroom with a tiny bathtub. The door lock system is constructed in a way that every guest HAS to slam it which is very disturbing especially in the morning when guests leave their rooms in the early hours and you get woken up by a rather consistent banging of those doors. The Aircon blows straight onto the bed, but I was lucky the outside temperatures didn't require the AC to run otherwise I would have looked rather puffy and most probably gotten sick over those two nights.
The breakfast is terrible: stall coffee, the "hot" food is cold (I tried the eggs and the brownies), the croissants are hard and dry, and the service lady couldn't be interested less.
Out of interest, I checked out the gym (three (!) treadmills, one bike, one multifunction device, quite a few weights, and the pool, a rather small hole in the ground.
Another suprise is the lack of provided parking - if you arrive by car, you need to use the public parking which is in walking distance but need to get paid for (15AED for 24hours).
Only really positive aspect is the location because you can reach every place in Abu Dhabi from here, by car or taxi, very easily and...
Read moreI had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Arfat. My wife and I were invited by a friend staying at the hotel for a simple gathering. Upon arrival, Arfat aggressively rushed toward us, pointing his finger in my face and rudely stating that we were no longer allowed to visit our friend’s room due to an increase in guests. Despite my calm and respectful attempt to clarify the situation, he continued his rude behavior, raising his voice and demanding that we go to the reception to provide our IDs.
To make matters worse, this hotel lacks proper parking, forcing us to park 10 minutes away. Our IDs were in our car, yet Arfat insisted that we retrieve them on foot, completely disregarding the fact that we had two young children with us. His unprofessionalism, lack of basic courtesy, and failure to handle the situation with any level of respect were appalling.
This experience was completely unacceptable, and due to such poor service and treatment, we decided to leave. I strongly advise the management to train their staff on proper customer service and basic hospitality. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values respect and...

There is no one picking up the call from housekeeping if they pick they get to 2 hours to get water bottle. And also they are not aware of little little thinks. In morning I ordered Indian breakfast I asked to server to bring salt she say housekeeping will give that then I call housekeeping then they told me room service they will after I called room service then she give it. And if we talk about the food operator didn't ask for which juice you need she just bring apple juice and they didn't ask tea and coffee as well. And if we check the bowl and that tray is also chipped. Regarding the food croissant 🥐 is totally 0 star it's not cooked from inside it's raw the base we can see if we slice.
Only the RECEPTION is aware maybe in this hotel. I came here because my friend suggested me but no I will never...
