It was a last minute choice for my birthday dinner. I had to just call to reserve a table and the staff told me the place was not packed that night and we could just do a walk in. When we arrived, we were met by a joyful Mehtu who offered us a table and quickly gave us the drinks and food menu. His service was exemplary throughout the evening. Food on the other hand was below expectations. The starter was a lentil potato soup which was too salty. Then came the main meal and I had octopus which was just OK nothing exciting. We also shared curly loaded fries which were probably the best thing on the menu. My partner had seafood pasta which was quite bland. Overall, our disappointment in the food was uplifted by the staff who were so warm and lively. Thorisho the amazing chef on duty that day even came out to have a chat with us and check how we were. Lowered my prev review down even further. Where shall we start: Lack of staff. Bad service and extremely delayed. Even when giving feedback it seems like they don't care. Policies that apply on some but not on others. Drinks such as smoothies, juices, iced coffees are simply not good. The baristas are amateurs lol.

When giving feedback, one of the European supervisors wanted to say how the employees on duty are "superstars" for working in the heat. Ofc they are, but that is your problem as an un(professional) manager to be wise enough to takr action and have enough staff that keep shifting in this heat so they are comfortable. This isn't for us to solve. It is for you to solve.
