I recently visited Al Teras and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered an iced latte. When it arrived, it was way too sweet. I politely asked if they could adjust it, but the replacement was just as sweet. When I asked for a change again, the waiter rudely replied, “This is what we have,” instead of trying to make it right.

We visited the café to enjoy our time and celebrate a birthday. We were welcomed and seated without any issues. However, after we opened the cake, we were suddenly informed that bringing outside cakes was not allowed due to health and safety policies. It would have been much better if this policy had been communicated to us upon arrival, rather than after we had already opened the cake. Went yesterday with my brother and we were not disappointed. Beautiful place, Great Service, delicious food and the price is very reasonable compared to the other options available nearby. We ordered, grill chicken, meat Hummus, breads, drinks and Shisha and of course Moroccan tea.
