Horrible experience. We came in as a party of 4 (given at a rushed time, give them credit for that.). We put our orders in, then they gave us 4 soups as appetizers, we quickly found a cockroach in one. Thankfully, they quickly replaced the soups (the new ones were decent). However, we were still startled. We continue to wait for our courses and drinks(which had not arrived even after finishing our soups, and we saw them sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes), yet we continued to wait. After what felt like a good bit of time, our entree(s) (Chicken Mandi arrived and we finished the entire dish, and our other dish hadn’t been arrived yet) arrived. (Chicken Mandi and Dynamite Pasta) About 75% of the way through finishing first dish, we had to ask our waiter for our drinks (just two cokes a water and Mango juice), as they still had not came, and our other dish as well. Soon enough, our drinks and our other dish came. As our other dish came, we immediately saw that our pasta dish had no pasta, it was just a plate with chicken in it. What restaurant can you go to that they serve a pasta dish without pasta? We quickly asked the waiter to remedy our situation, and thankfully enough they did take care of it. After all this, when we get the bill, they had the audacity to charge us full price ( the manager himself had previously promised us a discount + to comp our soups (WHICH HE PROMISED US were already free) (the only reason we stayed at that point), we had to AGAIN talk to the manager for our previously promised discount (which in the end was JUST 10dirham off of a 93dirham bill). We felt embarrassed to argue with them at this point so we just accepted the bill and left. Horrible service and absolutely 0 shame from the staff. Just an added reminder, eating or feeding a Muslim cockroaches is HARAM. Eating cockroaches is HARAM. They served us haram food and had no shame in it. Will never be coming back here, being busy is absolutely not an excuse for such service provided. Only positive point of my experience here was the location.
