Worst customer service from the Indian boys they see you at the restaurant and give you attitude with an attitude if you want to buy go ahead,if not get out of here…I think Cz African restaurants are few around the area that’s y they feel they have attitude towards the customers they don’t come to ask for what food you want, you literally have to beg for them to come take your order….its the worst time if those Indian boys are there…….i like the morning katogo but with the bulshit customer service you guys will be disappointed if you got there….on top of that the Indian servers are always on the phone u can’t call and they respond since on the phone……if anyone knows any East African restaurant kindly comment on this post and send me there details I don’t want to ever come back here very disrespectful servers I think they have made billions already that’s why they don’t care...

The guy at the cashier said card payment 20 aed minimum, and the floor staff said they don't accept card payment. So what's the right information. I wanted 5 mandazi , but since your card payment purchase is 20 minimum ,you will continue to loose customers. Meanwhile, the staff make sure you pay with cash in ways of getting tips from customer change. By the way , a friend of mine explained about the same experience after a visit and won't go back. Amazing ugandan food, goat stew or soup with starches, very delicious, I don't think I've ever eaten a better goat stew. I liked the simplicity of it, I'm guessing onion, garlic, tomato, paprika, sauteed with the meat, salt, pepper, simmer for 2hrs, and that's pretty much it (my guess, I'm not sure). 22aed for the meat plus a plate of carbs.
