Having just completed a long flight from Italy, I was in dire need of a pick-me-up. It was at this juncture that I was introduced to Alvin, a skilled barista at Flour + Stone. The coffee he prepared was nothing short of amazing and truly hit the spot after a tiring journey. As a regular traveler, I can attest that finding a good cup of coffee is no small feat, and this experience truly stood out.

The Philippino lady who serving us was extremely moody. I have never seen such unhappy Pinoy in my life without smile and alot of attitudes. Her mannerism taking our order was not right. No nooding, never repeat our orders or says thank you. Just wanted to call for next in line. And the line was not that long. If people don't have service attuide, they shouldn't be working in the F &B industry. The company itself might have poor training or serving standard. Ask for Rajendran or Mohammed. These are the all-stars of this eatery. They really understand customer service and made sure that everything was comfortable for my wife and one year firstborn. We were very concerned about availability and places to sit. But Rajendran (despite being the manager) ensured that he listened and served with such grace and commitment while Mohammed was keeping an eye out of us to sit (busy time).
