The food is ok 👍🏻 but the hospitality is very real pakistani & noone perfect but when you're in dubai, things are different you need to be sincere with your hospitality and behaviour of your words & i felt here like.. it's a typical pakistani restaurant with no sense of talking -- i always orderd the food from them but unfortunately i can't found the parking that day & i informed them can you please send outside your restaurant but he denied , i said ok but you're sending food in to buildings it's not my arrogance to not come in but i can't come inside restaurant because it's huge mess with traffic & i appeal him sincerely about situation then i think he understands and he spoke ok no worries i will send it you come at front of restaurant in 5mins and imagine you're thinking your food is getting ready in 5mins so just wait and i called him that I'm front of your restaurant exactly there's a police car and nones wants 10aed food for 400aed fine obviously... but what matters is your promise to your customer and humanity, i waited 15 mins instead of 5mins and even i called them 12 times just rounding one street to another street because of police and parking issue but this restaurant worker kept declining my calls and later after 13 calls he blocked my number how ridiculous you're as a owner or as a human. Simple if you said me i cant sorry no worries at all for me but if i worked if my customer tell me same thing i will do it no worries for 20 meters walking to deliver food & what's the problem , will i become poor ??
