Location & Reachability: Jollibee in Dubai Silicon Oasis is conveniently located within the shopping mall, making it easily accessible. The mall's ample parking and clear signage make finding the outlet straightforward, whether you’re driving or walking from other parts of the mall.
Ambience: The restaurant boasts a vibrant and inviting atmosphere with a clean, modern design. The interior is well-lit and features comfortable seating, creating a pleasant environment for dining. The layout encourages a relaxed experience, whether you’re stopping by for a quick meal or settling in for a longer visit.
Menu: Jollibee offers a wide range of options. We enjoyed the 9-piece Chicken Bucket, which was ample for our group of four. The fried chicken pieces were crispy and flavorful. Additionally, the menu features rice bowls, chicken strips, wraps, hotdogs, sandwiches, and the ever-popular Jolly Spaghetti. For drinks, they offer refreshing options like Coke Float, Choco Float, Iced Coffee, and Iced Choco.
Staff Behavior: The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Their service was prompt and courteous, contributing positively to our overall experience.
Pricing: The pricing is moderate, offering good value for money. Expect to spend between 30-50 AED per person, which is reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food.
Quality of Food: The food quality was impressive. The fried chicken was well-cooked with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The Jolly Spaghetti was tasty, though the sauce could be a bit richer to avoid dryness. Overall, the food met our expectations and added to our enjoyable visit.

Read moreI am not happy with the services provided by the staff in Silicon Central mall. Very unprofessional and spoil my all day. I ordered two prices Chicken and I specially mention to give me Brest pieces only ( because I don’t like and never eat leg pieces ) Even after special instruction and I have to wait for 30 mins for my order and in end when they serve my order the staff give me one leg and one thigh pieces again. What after waiting for 30 mins what I get again which I specially ask I don’t want and staff simply said we forgot. How they can forgot when it was even in my Order Slip ( Brest prices only ) I refuse to take and they simply don’t care and try to fix for their mistake. My baby was crying there for almost 15 mins. Very unprofessional way to handle and treat clients. It is not about taste you should consider how to follow client instruction or if any mistake how to fix it rather then Rudely said accept the way it is we are sorry after waiting 30 mins long. You should try to work on Your customer services. It was really bad experience and they don’t even don’t care that client was waiting for 30 mins and simply said we forgot. I have attached Order slip where clearly mention Brest pieces. Please see my review and I want answer from management of Jolibee this is the way you treat you customers ?? Is it fair ? Read moreI had the most horrific experience with this branch. I got my delivery messed up. And I called for solutions. Their customer service not once apologised, and threw in a suggestion of delivering the missing item. Like I will wait? Food will become cold just for a missing item? That's the best she offered. I told her I want it all replaced or I want a refund. She offered a replacement and delivery estimation would take 30 minutes. Well guess what? I waited an hour.
I had to call again and cause myself stress of waiting 3 hours just to eat. She didn't apologise again and kept me on hold and then mute and hold again. Obviously she didn't know how to handle the call and brought us another person to take the call. He asked us to wait and delivery would take 10 minutes. My time was wasted already. I am not asking for a free meal. But if I read this kind of service, I would have offered it to keep the customer.
Jollibee has been my childhood restaurant and link to my mother's memories and filipina roots. This experience is so disappointing. Their service is not the way I used to see growing up.
This branch either needs more staff to help them or they all need soft skills training on how to handle to their customers...
