Ordered food via Careem, however it doesn't allow to review. Accidently while selecting food items I pressed order, realising what I did within a minute I called careem and they told me, restaurant has started preparing the food and can not amend the order. Now, my question is which restaurant starts preparing 6 items within 1 to 3 minutes all together and can not amend the order. It get interesting, as I insisted with careem to talk to manager, after placing me on hold she returned back offering me that now, restaurant will cancel 2 itmes out of 6, as other 4 are already prepared (within 10 minutes), i still insisted, she placed me on hold again and now came back with 3 items can be cancelled but I have to accept other 3. Funny enough, 3 items which were cancelled were snack items and ofcourse the least expensive ones, where as the other 3 items were thali items which are cooked in bulk as per my understanding. I will understand if you tell me, Kathi roll, sandwich, dahi bhalla Papdi chat can not be cancelled as they are specific items and once prepared, does not have longer shelf life, but thali, seriously. So you couldnt cancel or adjust the order within first 2 to 3 minutes but after 10 minutes you could. Dear Khau Gali Management, Kindly ensure that the staff are willing to take your reputation up by supporting your ideas, as the staff are not willing to answer the customer properly and turn their face, they didn't know the dish given in the offer. The saff literally saw advertisment reel and then confirmed the menu. The same happened with us last year in JLT branch also. We asked the menu for unlimited breakfast today the staff said chole bhature is not there, but we only went to have chole bhature seeing the advertisement. We went there for unlimited breakfast today, it was worst experience. The items in the offer was served all together, one after another within three-four minutes... and so Bhature was cold and to add to that without salt while chhole was extra salty... Same with dosa...batter was saltless & aloo masala was salty.. sambar was watery...vada & idly both were served chill, was not fresh.. Mr.Ashish who took our order was rude & didn't answer properly.He didn't make us aware of timing of breakfast service we asked him to repeat one plate idli vada (which were readily available) but he denied to serve..saying the time is over ...but he didn't inform us the ending time of the offer during the day.
