So I went to Starbucks just for a quick coffee, didnāt really plan anything, just tired and needed a pick me up. I asked for the new Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso (hope Iām saying that right š ) and the girl at the counter, Hira, sheās the one who took my order.
From the first moment, she was super polite and smiling. You know sometimes when you go to cafĆ©s and the staff just look tired or like they donāt want to be there? Yeah, not her. She was full of good energy and made me feel welcome.
I was a bit confused between a few drinks and she explained everything in a simple way. Not pushing to upsell anything, just actually helping. I liked that. And honestly the drink came out amazing. I donāt know if she made it or the barista inside but it was perfect.
Even when the line was long and people was getting little impatient, she was handling everything calmly and still greeting everyone with a smile. Like hats off for that.
Only thing Iād say is maybe the music was a bit loud that day so I had to ask her again about one part, but thatās not really about her.
Anyway, thanks to Hira for the great service. Starbucks need more staff like her who actually care about the customer. Will def come back again. Maybe next time try that Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew she...
