McDonald's — Restaurant in Dubai

If I had the chance to give 0 stars I would. I literally came here for 2 large cokes and specifically asked for more ice. When I received my order, it had no ice. Honest mistake. My issue is the poor customer service. I waited a while for someone to help me. There was no lunch rush and plenty of staff members. Not a single staff member bothered to help even though many of them in the front saw me standing there. Patiently waiting I had to go out of my way to get help. When helped the lady gave me a single baby cup of ice. Seriously, common sense went out the window. Literally have 2 large cokes and had to bother her again for more ice. SMH. On top of this experience, a McDonald’s staff member is literally smoking/vaping in the facility and consistently having to open the back door to let the smoke out. Unprofessional...

Pavilion is one of our regular place. Few days ago me n my husband found McDonald's meal from " open n win' from cocacola bottle. At first we were thinking its a scam.. so that we went to this outlet as its near from my place to verify that meal offer. They gave us 2 Mcsaver meal and 50% discount with that offer. This outlet is very simple and cute with decore. They have also a small mc cafe corner. it's very neat and clean. one cleaner was very busy and was cleaning all the tables and counters. Service was fast. We ordered 1 chicken deluxe and 1 veggie deluxe. Chicken deluxe was same as others. But I was surprised by their veggie deluxe. it's juicy, fresh, perfect amount of salads n sauces. its yummy. Fries were also crunchy.. Food...

McD is known for its burgers and the quality...this time I am really surprised and Disappointed when I bought chicken burger , I think no one in the world can make such a small burger..
