McDonald's — Restaurant in Dubai

I recently stopped at the McDonald's located in Al Warqaa Enoc Station in Dubai, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a friendly and efficient staff that made the ordering process a breeze.

The menu had a wide range of options to choose from, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The food itself was delicious and hot, and I appreciated the fact that everything was served with a smile.

What really stood out to me, however, was the level of customer service provided by the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that my experience was a positive one. They even checked in with me after I had finished my meal to make sure that everything had met my expectations.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the McDonald's in Al Warqaa Enoc Station, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. Orderd a take away from Mc Donalds enoc petrol pump, Al Warqa branch after a long day at work at 8:15 PM. Order number 100. Reached home & order was not right. After contacting the call centre at 8:39 pm & explaining what happened, they agreed to fix it. So I receive a call after 14 mins from Al Aweer branch saying, sir do you have a problem in your order, I was like yes,but not with your branch so they hang up. Waited for another hour for someone to sort this issue out but unfortunately, no one had the courtesy to do so. So I called the customer service again which they were shocked that no one until now didint solve my issue. In a matter of seconds, enoc branch called & asked about the situation & very simply said sorry for your experience, we will take up with the management. Honestly good luck keeping your customer service even trust worthy after what happened. Wanna eat at that branch or any other make sure your food is all there & exactly as you like it before leaving or you are...

McDonald's is probably my last choice when it comes to fast food... So, My 5 year old son wanted to go on a drive and ofcourse wanted to have his favourite nuggets from McDonald's. Couldn't say no to that!!

So here we are at this outlet in Mirdiff (ENOC Station). Placed our0 orders and sat down for a dine-in. There was this lady, Ms. Angela (hope I got her name right) who took our order across the counter and served our table.

As we dined, she passed by our table for some small talks and also asking if everything was alryte and if there was anything that she could get for us.

To my surprise, she made an effort to pass by all the other tables as well, ensuring if everything was alright.

Got me thinking, if this was actually McDonald's. This is the level of service that we expect from some of the finest dinners.

So yes.. my ratings are for the unexpected...
