In my opinion, Carrefour is an underutilized opportunity. As the facility inside is so lovely, the payment experience is still unpleasant despite the mass amount of technology they try to implement. I believe excellence is achieved when managers genuinely understand customers, especially in this type of business. What is holding you back seems to be the culture starting with the two managers I met with at Carrefour today. They could not tolerate to listen; so what to expect?

Every community needs a supermarket and this one out here is definitely a blessing for us, the residents of Ghoroob. Its a mini mart, that pretty much have all the essentials!! After a tiring day at work, you don't want to be at the big supermarket to buy that last minute essentials for the dinner. That's when, this little fella comes in handy.
