Read moreI am not happy with the service. Most specially the crews of McDonald Souq branch. I ordered hotcakes and additional scrambled egg for take out. But when i reached the office, I check my order and i saw that butter and syrup is missing. I called the customer service to let the store know what happened. When the crew from the store called me. She told me to drop by tomorrow in the store and get it so what i will do with the condiments tomorrow? Also Before you say negative comments about the customer make sure the phone is already off so that we will not hear your comments about us.
