Operation Falafel Outlet Village — Restaurant in Dubai

Had tasted the food earlier , so thought of ordering for my team again. Don't know where their call centers are located cause they really do not know Dubai locations , Placed a order on the 600 number as the website would not allow me to log in , specifically telling i am located in Jebel Ali and the closest is location is Outlet village near Dubai parks and resort , The call center agent said they cannot deliver so i placed and order worth 300 aed to be picked up in 30 minutes . Sent my Driver to pick up the order , NO SUCH ORDER PLACED ????. Called the Outlet to confirm , they said they do not have such order . Had to settle for Mc Donald's the savior in such situation as the team was waiting for lunch . After 20 minutes i get a call from some Ghusais branch - which is 50 km / 1 hour away -- Sir your order is ready???? . i do not know who is going to eat that order Please Train the call centre agent --IF based in UAE she kept saying there is no such branch in Outlet village - it is closed , when i had to tell her i just spoke to them...

The Filipino server (who is the same nationality as we are) is truly bad in service. We don't know if she's new at her job or she's plainly disregarding her duties once she noticed that we are of the same nationality.

We had taken our seats ahead of 2 sets/batches of customers... yet she kept walking round and round towards different tables and NOT ONCE did she stop at our table to assist us nor take our order. Once the 2 batches/sets of customers sat down in their tables after us, she approached them and took their order (completely forgetting us -- even if we arrived first) . We stared at her and STILL she didn't come and take our order. So we called the manager who was busy working on his documents and typing something in his laptop, and he took our order instead. By this time were already starving....

We have never felt so disrespected by our own fellow countrywomen. If she has no plans in serving her own kind, why work to begin with ? 'Disappointing' is an...

Very interesting experience I faced today by manager of operation falafel. In outlet village there is corner for 4 caffès . We ordered pizza from papa Murphy’s for take away. Was seating outside with my mum and child, myself pregnant 8 months. Manager send the staff and asked us to reallocate because we didn’t order food from them 😄 but all tables were empty. I would understand if it’s inside of caffe. But this is outside area almost like a food court with a lot of tables. It’s not that we are seating and clients have no where to go. It’s happened at 9:10 pm the mall is empty. This is first time in my life I faced such rood action in Dubai. We were just seating and waiting. Honestly after this action no matter how I like operation falafel, I will never go and spend even single dirham. Big...
