Al Mashowa — Restaurant in Dubai

This restaurant has a very comfortable atmosphere. Accommodates large groups nicely. I really enjoyed my meal and had enough to take home for later. Serving size was generous for one person. The customer service could use some improvements. I stood at the counter for a couple minutes where 3 ppl stood and ignored me. The flustered host appeared eventually and said hello but never offered to seat me. So when I offered to seat myself he agreed and mentioned I could sit wherever I wanted. I proceed to pick a table with a menu in my hand… for some reason he aggressively snatched it away. He eventually sat it down on my table, but I must say this was truly an uncomfortable encounter. However the service to follow was better. Because I’m not familiar with authentic Emirati dishes, pictures of the food would have been very helpful. So I had to google each dish… that...

We visited the restaurant for our anniversary and we loved it! The service was amazing! The sous chef, Mohamed, came to speak with us. My wife wanted karak, and even though they didn't have, he made one specially for her. In the end, there was also a dessert on the restaurant for our anniversary! The food was excellent! We got recommendations for a salad with mango, dates, kale and a lot of other things, my wife loved it! She had a soup she enjoyed, we had the mixed grill - a very generous portion good for sharing. The liguimat was also fresh and tasty! The atmosphere was great - free are two parts of the restaurant one for smokers and one not. They also have a terrace next to an artifical lake, which cannot be used atm, but will be great during winter! They serve shisha also! All in all, we enjoyed...

Nice and beautiful restaurant, located in Riverland Dubai , First note that we entered the restaurant, but nobody was at the door to receive the guests,so we walked inside. The place is not spacy,seats are comfortable, beautiful decoration with small fish tanks.. They put smoking section and non-smoking section ,which a good thing. The waiters are polite and friendly.. The menu options are limited, but they put some varieties for different orders, Food is good We ordered Emirates Hatta (chicken biryani)and chicken Kebab with fresh limon with mint,the only fresh juice option!!!although they put in menu other juice options. Overall, I can say it is good...
