Baskin Robbins - Damascus St. — Restaurant in Dubai

The staff that are there are very rude and unhelpful. I went to purchase the ice cream on AL Ansari offer and the staff didn't know what and how to apply it. He was handling staff very confusedly and made me use my CC for someone else bill and they had to return me in cash for the same. Second there was another customer a man who spoke to me rudely because of their delay and they didn't even tell him to keep quite they were just watching the incident ,very bad customer service and i need to get compensated for the inconvenience and very bad experience that i had to face and spoilt my special occasion too ..I left the place very upset and heavy hearted and will never visit this...

Had been to al quasis branch. We waited for 5 to 7 minutes to decide on the flavours we wanted so as to avail the offer. a The staff called Mr Karim was extremely rude and expected us to order without giving us time . We didn't even talk to him nor dud we disturb him in attending to other customers. Also he was not apologetic for his behaviour and was also rude to his fellow colleague. Was at the Baskin robbin at al alnahda near NMC hospital. The place some seating around 4 tables and some 10 chairs Small tables. Not large space but sufficient. We were four. The kidsnordered single scoup with cheesecake. We ordered the banana slice with double. Scoop. Neither we nor the kids were able to finish the items we ordered. Some how baskin Robbins seems too outdated and too sugary...
