The Qabuli Polaw with Kofthah & Chicken Boti was a standout—tender, perfectly seasoned, and grilled to juicy perfection. Equally impressive was the Mutton Shami kebab, which delivered a smoky, rich flavor that we'll be thinking about for a long time. I recently visited Afghan Turk Palace Restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The restaurant itself was very clean, well-organized, and had a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable.

I ordered the Qabuli Palaw with Mahicha (lamb shank) — and it was absolutely amazing. The rice was perfectly cooked, aromatic, and infused with just the right blend of spices, raisins, and carrots. The star of the dish, the Mahicha, was unbelievably tender — the lamb shank literally fell off the bone and was bursting with rich, savory flavor. Every bite was a perfect balance of taste and texture. It’s one of the best Qabuli Palaw dishes I’ve ever had.

The staff were also incredibly polite and attentive, always ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Their warm hospitality really added to the experience.
