SS Bucket Biryani — Restaurant in Dubai

I must say, today I experienced something that I have never experienced before in the UAE when it comes to eating from a Restaurant / Hotel. There was a piece of Stainless steel metal string in one of the mutton pieces that was served by SS Biriyani. This was unknowingly swallowed while consuming the food and started causing an uncomfortable(Painful Sensation) in the throat. Being forced to throw up this piece of metal came out. Please see the picture below. I don't want to add more pictures as it will make people viewing this more uncomfortable.

Such carelessness I have never witnessed before. And the restaurant say They are extremely sorry and they will take severe action about this. I don't understand what action they will take and who is going to be blamed but they always miss out on the point that a mistake like this can can be life threatening to the individual consuming the food.

Taste of food not good - is ok, Quantity reduced - is ok, Bad service - is ok, but carelessness preparing the food which can cause damage to a persons health...

Ordered chicken biryani today with lot of expectation but it came out in vain. Paid Aed 30/- ordered via Zomato, neither Zomato took a responsibility of giving a good quality food nor a restaurant, It was clearly evident that the biryani was served from last leftover part in the vessel, No boiled egg 🥚 was served. The chicken pieces was pathetic and the biryani was full of salt and was not even able to have 1 mouth of rice. The best part is when we called the restaurant to give feedback, The guy answered the call and when feedback was given he was least interested to take feedback nor bothered about it. His didn't even apology or sympathetic on the call, such a worst behaviour. It was such a worst experience and didn't expect it from SS biryani. It looks like since the sale and branding is good, The quality is compromised!

Based on the today's experience Would personally recommend not to buy products from this France cluster branch its a total...

SPOILED BIRYANI ALWAYS WHEN WE ORDER ONLINE AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR BY THE STAFF (ONLY INTERNATIONAL CITY BRANCH) - Very very very worst Biryani shop... Just in the market to spoil the name of SS Biryani Karama... It's a kind request to SS biryani karama branch, kindly close this branch in international city. They always serve spoiled biryani....they have a trick, just in the top of the bucket they put fresh biryani and inside the spoiled one... If we ask, why you are doing this, they will just say, do whatever you can do... Very very bad attitude. Seriously i dnt know why Dubai Food safety dept. is still letting this shop open. A Kind request, close this shop and put the people in this shop into jail or give hefty fine. They are just playing with people life. Hope this review will get into the eyes of the concerned person. KINDLY CLOSE THIS SS BIRYANI INTERNATIONAL CITY BRANCH - THEY ALWAYS SERVE SPOILED FOOD... AND KINDLY DNT VISIT THIS BRANCH OR...
