The first time was 10/10 - 2 person , amazing views and good food and service amazing. We went specifically for chef Reif’s restaurants newly opened.
This second time was with bigger group: our server Dana was phenomenal and catered to our table and food requests and allergens clearly and experienced professional. The Sio ramen team and the coffee lab team appreciate it that they checked up on us once as well. …… The manager in charge of the floor was not helpful. The first thing I asked as we sat and settled to bring water twice while take time to decide the menu for group on one instead of multiple bills. She how we were not able to order water because we had to pay first. Over explained how and said other groups managed and we follow the same.
This fixed “format” was not liked.
I asked our server and she brought water right away (as we included it )
(10 mins later)
After we paid. 2 minutes manager comes to say our order was cancelled and not paid. This was proved wrong when: 1)we showed her that it was debited And at same time Servers brought the orders which showed. ….
Overall: Price 8/10 Views 9/10 Variety 9/10 *experience for groups 3.5/10 Individual or small group 10/10 for convienience...

Esperienza immersiva: musica, design, arte digitale e atmosfera cosmopolita 24h/die.
⚠️ Note

Read more(Focused on Decor, Not Food): While I generally don't review restaurants because most offer good quality food and service, I felt the need to share my thoughts on the recent changes to the interior decor of this place. Unfortunately, the redesign is extremely disappointing.
As soon as you enter, right after the reception area, you are now faced with a bar and bar stools. This space used to be a cozy and pleasant area for morning breakfasts or lunch — it had a unique charm. Now, it feels awkward and out of place, stripping the location of its previous character.
Additionally, there's currently only one restroom available on the same floor, and it is designated for people with special needs. This is quite inconvenient for regular guests, especially during busy hours.
Overall, the recent changes have negatively impacted the atmosphere, and I hope management reconsiders the layout and functionality...
