The best place for all vegitarian and Bombay Streets food from Sandwich, to mouth watering bhel dosas pav bhaji samosa. But coming down to its services, sitting spaces, and most importantly timing are bad. Starting with services the waiters are little uneasy as I won't blame them as being crowded and with only 2 waiters it's hard for them to clean serve take orders etc, and above all I have heard from 1 of their old staff the management don't care for them in case of paying them on time and giving them leave. I mean you'll are earning in millions for these staff and you don't care to keep them happy "SHAME". Start keeping your staff happy and I assure you'll with 10% increase in sale for sure. Now space is very small with only 5 tables for 20 packs sitting I mean you'll are running a brand restaurant and you'll had chance to get a shop beside you'll and they kissed the opportunity to expand and some other veg restaurant have opened, lastly for which they could jump up their revenue is timing they start at 9 offices starts by 8 or even 7 where staff tends to have tea and breakfast thy have to open at 9 with that to couple of items under preparation and closing at 11:00 even on weekends i mean if the people would like to have their dinner late they have to close down and if we reach last minute of closing they will force us to eat fast order fast as they have to close the kitchen. If they look into these all factors I am sure 10 to 20% sale will jump up. And ya during the festival of diwali they keep their kitchen close I mean how is it that you'll just concentrate on only sweets. Hire some extra staff for that period of time and keep...

This place used to be really good in past times, but now it has become really poor and worrisome on many levels.

Rude waiters.. Waiter turn his back to you after giving short answers when there are no seats. I saw him answer another customer rudely when asking about when to come back.. He told him don't come back no seats and the guy was shocked.

Another guy pees in the bathroom and come out without washing his hands and gets back to behind the food counter. Very good habits during covid.

I was given small packets of salt and pepper by the same guy handling the counter and payments and orders with his same gloves.

The food quality dropped since last visit few months ago and slight nausea remembering the guy who peed and was serving food without washing hands.

They also serve you in disposable plates and cups and plastic cutlery, which shouldn't be the case in resturants. Maybe they believe it's safer but i think it's dumb and generates pointless waste and makes the experience even more terrible.

But worst is the main waiter I really don't know why he is still being kept there.. The worst waiter in Dubai award.

I ask the management to take action before...

We‘ve been Puranmal’s customers since a decade, visited various branches across Dubai. A well established business is successful because of the people that provide repeat business!

Unfortunately, we might stop visiting the Silicon Oasis branch after the “Disrespectful “ event that occurred yesterday.

We went for a take out & placed the order. Our 4 year old loves the Puranmal veg cheese grill sandwich & after a long wait I received the wrong order, so I politely corrected the order request and we waited again.

The 10 minute wait period was full of “ Foul, rude and aggressive exchange of conversation between 2 staff members which was about “ Us “ and they made sure they scream loud enough for us to hear, our 4 year old could hear them argue!!!

When I finally received the entire order, one item was missing ( since staff was busy bad mouthing the customer) And the veg cheese grill was the worst I have ever had, there was no butter, no cheese, it was full of big chunk of cucumbers and tomatoes stuffed into the bread !!! Our 4 year old refused to eat it ..
