The food at this establishment is excellent; however, the service leaves much to be desired. The manager on duty this evening was exceptionally inconsiderate. As a regular customer who dines here three times a week, I’ve been utilizing the Fazza discount without issue for almost a year. I explained that I am unable to download the app, yet I consistently present my digital ID.

The evening supervisor, whose name begins with "M," refused to accept my digital card and insisted that I download the app to access the discount. This is frustrating, especially since all previous staff members have acknowledged and accepted my digital ID. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which has soured our experience.

Given this lack of consideration, we have decided that we will no longer dine at this establishment. It's disappointing that a loyal customer would be treated this way, especially when I can provide identification to confirm my account. The service from this particular employee was...

I love going here. Because of how amazing the ambiance, the staffs and of course the food are, I love to eat from here often. The food is prepared with such simplicity and high quality, and I really appreciate that. The staffs from this branch are so friendly and I love even the small details about them where they always confirm the order and also when they give the bill, they’ll always make sure that we the customers check the bill to see if everything is correct. I usually don’t like to eat alone, but here in Zaater W Zeit, I don’t mind that at all because I don’t feel alone over there, because the staffs are very friendly and love to talk to you. We’re honestly very disappointed. This used to be one of our most loved restaurants, but everything seems to have suddenly changed and not in a good way. We ordered one tawook and one “famous chicken “sandwich .The tawook was cold and completely lacking flavor, and the chicken sandwich was far from what it used to be tiny portion, barely any taste, and the sauces were completely different. On top of that, the restaurant had no AC, which made the whole experience even worse. Prices have gone up, while quality, quantity have gone down.
