I was recently invited to review their food. Our order comprised of the following:

Soup: We tried Miso soup, but enjoyed Tom Yum more which tasted like the traditional Thai soup

Sushi: Since i prefer maki over sushi and sashimi, we ordered Oriental maki platter which includes 4 types of rolls (6 tempura, 6 california, 6 spicy tuna, 6 avo salmon)

Drinks: All the drinks were refreshing and delicious, especially Thai green lemon tea. The other 2 drinks were virgin pinacolada and Thai iced tea

Salad: Raw mango salad was flavorful and spicy, while papaya salad can use improvement in terms of taste

Main Course: The entree that i enjoyed most (and would definitely come back for) was kai pad krapaow, which is ground chicken cooked in chili pepper, garlic, shallots and seasoned with sweet and sauce, topped with fresh basil. Thai green curry was perfect, red curry was too salty and pad see ew (Thai stir fried noodles) was flavorful

Dessert: We loved the mango sticky rice so much that we requested for one more serving!!! It's one of my favorite desserts. Thapthim krob could use improvement

The Oriental Chef @theoriental.chef Restaurant located in the midst of the community and Gedre Shopping Center, Silicon Oasis which continuing to serve its marvellous dishes in Dubai, UAE for last 11years. Focusing on the goals of “Quality, Healthy, and Tradition.

The Oriental Chef is specialized in Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Malaysian delights. Their chefs are experienced in their own cuisine. They can also provide kids meals for younger, future food aficionados.

Live Cooking is a kind of a Magic!!!” They have live kitchen stations where we can see chefs cook for us and we can also interact with chefs which tantalize by seeing and smelling. Not only interacting with chefs, we can also interact with their robots 🤖

Staff were so very friendly, they can customize the food as per your taste and requirement. Ambience was too good with their indoor and outdoor seating arrangements.

I tried their “Eat Unlimited Special Menu”with all Thai delicacies. You can select and enjoy your meal from the menu. It’s all unlimited, everything tasted so delicious starting from beverages till mango sticky rice. Please don’t miss to try this menu. Also you can try other cuisines from their A la carte.

If you're looking for a restaurant that serves amazing Asian cuisine, then you absolutely have to try The Oriental Chef in DSO. My friends and I recently visited and were blown away by the incredible food and attentive service.

We started with the tom yum soup, which had the perfect balance of sour and spicy flavors. Next, we tried the seafood platter ( crispy and delicious ) as well as the dimsum platter which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The sushi was fresh and delicious.

The fried rice,noodles and Thai curry was one of the best I've ever had. And for dessert, we indulged in the mango sticky rice, which was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. Must try!

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they never rushed us or made us feel like we needed to hurry up and leave. We were able to take our time and enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, I can't recommend Oriental Chef highly enough. If you're looking for delicious Asian cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere, then you have to check this hidden gem. Trust me, you won't be...
