Well my experience with restaurant is that,
First Point: They need to hire atleast two-three coordinators that are making sure the food is delivered correctly each table and making sure all customers requests all fullfilled on time , cause it happened on multiple occassion the food that is delivered was not related to our order, because they didnt invest on item that shows the number of the table, which causing confusion for the staff.
Second point:
Basic thing that any restaurant with high reputation maintains, that salt / pepper / and olive oil / tissue kept on every table when customers sits or arrive, its not like customers needs to ask for it, it ruins experience.
Third point:
Some one should be always standing on main entrance of restaurant to welcome the guests, and show them the way where to sit, and what are available options.
Fourth Point:
The cuisine, like chicken biryani and meat biryani the taste and presentation, were nothing related to biryani when it was ordered. The management should sit from time to time to check the quality and food for each item that is being served on menue, cause overtime people will have bad experience.
Fifth point:
What is the role of manager, to stand in corner and wait for an issue to occur? He needs to be involved and check on customers experience not only manage the staff, and ask them do they have any comments on service provided.
Sixth point:
The take away package looked like when you buy ready selected cucumber from supermarket and covered with plastic wrap, they need to reconsider there packaging.
7th point:
Kindly invest on different shapes of plates and bowels its really embarrassing that a restaurant with high potential serving everything on plain thin plate, like hummos and yogurt, the management invested alot on decoration and the place, and cheaped on small little things that matters?
I dont have anything against restaurant, but if owners managed to see my review hopefully they consider, cause this is real view of the restaurant status, and needs alot of development, and manager handling it apparently have zero to nothing experience, as if they never entered a restaurant in their lives, to do such changes on...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food quality is excellent—definitely a full 5/5. Every dish tasted fresh, well prepared, and flavorful. The freshness of the ingredients was very noticeable, and the wide variety of options available made it easy for everyone at our table to find something they loved. The salad bar was colorful and generous, the hot food selection was diverse and delicious, and the desserts were the perfect way to end the meal.
The ambiance deserves special mention. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, with plenty of space so it never feels crowded. The outdoor seating by the water adds a beautiful touch to the overall dining experience and makes it a great spot to relax. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, not only in the dining area but also in the washrooms, which were spotless.
Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity offered, and the restaurant is easily accessible. Parking can be a little challenging on weekends, but credit cards are accepted, which makes payment convenient. The cuisine feels like a mix of Arabic, Syrian, and international flavors, appealing to a wide range of tastes. The staff were polite, attentive, and very professional, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
Overall, this place is highly recommended for anyone looking for fresh, delicious food in a comfortable and inviting setting. I will...
Read moreVERY VERY SLOW AND IMPOLITE SERVICE. At the beginning when we entered no one greeted us and it was very nasty and smelling bad. When we sat it took over 25 minutes for anyone to take our order, and when I ordered sweets I went to take it myself because the service is incredibly terrible.
And this is the worst PART. There is no tissue on the table so I sent my son to get some and remember it’s only TISSUE . The staff (they were 3 people ) threatened my son to punch him if he didn’t return as he squished his arms and made him cry ( my son is 11 years old ) I was so shocked and surprised because it’s just tissue , they were all Syrians . The manager tried to calm things down but it was still terrible and I was so unsatisfied.
THE FOOD : was cold, dry took me ages to swallow could suggest any Indian cafeteria better .shawarma specially was bad , the best thing they had is called MAA’JOOA it’s kebab stuffed with cheese.
I would never come back due to this behavior and I do not suggest it do anyone willing to come here. This place is garbage 🗑️. I GIVE IT A 2/10 the fact that they could threaten a 11 year old is extremely dangerous I was about to call the police for this action. And also the sweets were VERY DISGUSTING the inner of it is covered with flies and mosquitos ( the glass in display). I highly don’t and will never recommend this place to any family who wants to have a good time. If I could review it under 1 star I would give this place a...
